Today the whole school went to Isaac Royal Theatre. When we got there two people went on stage named Jason and Kylie they did a hula hoop act and Jason did some handstands on three chairs. act. It was fun 😃.   My Favourite part was the end. Have you been to the Isaac Royal Theatre?

Last Friday we did athletics. It was seniors only so year 4 – 8. First I did the long jump. I got 2.5 I believe.  Next I did the high jump and I did well. Next I did shot put. I don’t know what I got tho. Discus was next.I forgot what I got in discus.  Then I ran the 800 metres (I did 400 metres because you could choose to). I came 8th. Finally I did sprints. I nearly caught the others. Have you ever dan athletics?

Last week was book week. We dressed up as book cartiers on Wednesday. I dressed up as Captain Edward. J. Smith from the Titanic story. In the morning we did a parade that went in the year groups. The Library was open in the morning and afternoon for a book fair where you could buy books. I got ‘Minecraft Beginners Guide.Who wood you drees  up as?

Yesterday the year 4, 5 and 6s went to Catholic Cathedral College  for  kapa haka. We got there by bus. I sat next to Jack. Next we had lunch. We sat in the shade and saw the lonely seagull. Finally we did kapa haka first we did a song, then te whirika and we finished with tahupotiki. My highlight was Kapa Haka. Do you like Kapa Haka?

Today we got duffy books. The books I got were Duffy and the bullies and Tuatara a living treasure. I am grateful for the duffy books we get. Here is same photos of term 1 2 and 3. What is your duffy book?

2 weeks ago me and my class [room 2] went to the Travis Wetlands. We split into 2 groups 1 went pond diving and 1 went bird watching. My group went bird watching 1st it was so much fun then we went pond diving and split into smaller groups my group didn’t catch much but we tried. Here is my slide.
