For the last 2 weeks we have been going swimming. We did water safety the boat rope saving pyjama day. We were in groups. In my group we did a game with 1 person the arms and the other 1 the legs. We went on the bus on the way there we were at the back but on the way back we were at the front. When we were waiting we played all in tag. Do you like going swimming?
Yesterday I made a peace of writing about my dream home. What wood your home look like? Here it is.
I have been working on a slide show about helping the ocean. I made the slide show to spread the news to everyone to not throw rubbish out . We also learnt about how important our moana is to us. Our environment is important to us without it we could die! The rest is on the slide show. Here it is.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the yr 5s went to camp.
Wednesday: Today we came to Arthurs Pass we unpacked and went to our cabins and did the Devil punch bowl. I was with Jack, Leo, Tawera, Kyle and Angus. We stopped in Springfield and saw a GIANT donut.
Thursday: Today we went orienteering, we did a sensory trail, shelter building, went in the plunge pool and did a search and rescue.
Friday. Today we built a cool rock tower. It was hard. Then we packed up and went home.
My highlight was the sensory trail. Cool!

Today the hole school did a class Activity. Here is my work.
Last Friday we had an A&P Show at school. There was a tank, fire track, cool car and a track. We made batter out of cream by shaking it up and then it was butter. I had a sausage and bread from the PTFA for lunch, it was yummy. In the morning we had a pet parade and we got to pat the pets. There were dogs, a turtle, guinea pigs, chickens and a cat. I went on and in the tank. Here are some photos.
